Tips and questions
- How long do overnight oats keep?
- Up to 3 days in a closed jar in the fridge. Add the fresh fruit on the day you eat them so it stays firm.
- Can I make them dairy-free?
- Yes: use oat, almond or soy drink and a plant-based yoghurt. Swap the honey for maple syrup to make them vegan.
- Can I eat them warm?
- Yes. Microwave them for 1–2 minutes, stirring halfway, and add a splash of milk if they are too thick.
